There has been no increase in the number of malpractice lawsuits over the last 15 years in philly area....I keep telling you the rates didn't explode upward until the Market Crash of 2000.......it's insurance companies trying to recoup their losses and the fact there is only a few large companies writing business.The federal gov't should make sure that all auto,. home, and medical insurance rates are equitable across the nation.I would be willing to have my auto and homeowners insurance raised to reduce the load on states like NJ(auto) and Florida(home).
