If you can stand a $5000 deductible, State Farm peddles a PPO policy from Fortis (recently renamed something which escapes me at the momemt) for ~ $200/mo for non-smoking 50 year old male.
No idea how their service is - aside from taking your money <g>-
hope I don't need to find out.
