Good point - look at where they spend time not what they say.

Ignoring debate trips and AARP visits which are non-discretionary, Kerry/Edwards top state for visits is IA. NM & FL tied for 2nd.

For Bush the top state seems to be PA, with IA & NM tied for 2nd.

Neither set of candidates spending much discretionary time in OH. Except for FL, the top states for visits seem to be ones Gore carried. My conclusion - Kerry is fighting defense to hold on to Gore's weak state, Bush is on offense.
