Daly WASHINGTON (CBS.MW) -- The Bush administration's annual review of foreign exchange rate policy has been delayed, Treasury Department spokesman Tony Fratto said. "When the report is complete and has received review and clearance from the Secretary of the Treasury, it will be sent to Congress and made public," Fratto said, adding that the report is often delayed because of its scope and complexity. Fratto made no mention of the political sensitivity of the report, which last year drew criticism from lawmakers representing many of the so-called battleground states in the presidential election. lol .. it's hard
