My approach is to cut the crap. We have serious issues to deal with -- financial and economic issues, environmental issues, social issues, and security issues. Iraq was as close to irrelevant as you can get to the central issues facing the United States of America. Yet here we are wasting the precious lives of our soldiers, our money, our time and our attention on Iraq -- it is a travesty. We face real issues, real problems, real threats -- they have been left to fester.
