It is transparent to anyone paying attention. That is why I point it out. More people can see the unconstitutional behavior of the Democrats in the Senate.

Democrat Senators have blocked brilliant jurists because they want to punish them for succeeding without the Democrat party. It violates their advise and consent duties.

Tom Daschle appears to be receiving his just desert for his unethical behavior. Maybe his South Dakota voter fraud campaign in 2002 has something to do why he is rapidly becoming a loser. Either way, his obstructionism will not be missed.

If democrats blocked someone from a judicial post, it was for good reason
