The problem for O'reilly will be if there are tapes, documents or some other stuff that just keeps the titillation factor up. Most people who do this kind of stuff don't do it with just one person, so if it is fabricated, there will be other employees rallying to his side and she will be isolated. If she is telling the truth and has "the goods", other women are going to pop up. Then he will have to fight a two front war...much tougher.

I'm content to let the courts decide --- anything else right now is just speculation.

(IMO, though, the allegations against O'Reilly --- while extremely personal and potentially damaging to his career --- pale in significance to the illegalities that have been alleged about Rush.)
