DRAFT vs VOLUNTEER. DUMMY. Bush has no intention of leaving Iraq. He's building 14 bases plus a 3,000 person embassy to control the country and the oil. Bush will use this (see PNAC dummy) to spread chaos throughout the ME. It will be chaos since he is so incompetent he can't even take over a third-world country, decimated by 12 years of sanctions with less than 1/10th our population. Kerry is hiring 40,000 more VOLUNTEERS.
