Nothing bad about US middle aged women and us young foreigners, often so helpless.

(just joking, nobody promised it would be easy, although some early sauna instilled habits might help)

PS Luckily women are like red wine, they improve, especially if both constitutionally, presidentially and mythically (however, has yet never happened in any two-party, single-seat-district system)
