It's so fun watching you apply your Adobe Photoshop techniques to economics.

If you don't like objective facts, you apply the "Cock-eyed Optimist" filter to the data to make them fit your prejudices.

If you don't like the trend of a chart, you apply "Rotate Canvas" and imagine that it's changed direction.

If there's no other other way to escape reality you apply the "Mental Blur" filter and claim that facts prove nothing.

I don't know exactly what a CETA job is, but I have seen evidence of government created jobs that created stepping stones for people to launch eventually into highly paid positions.
