It's always interesting to see the things that are
discussed after debates....I'm sure neither candidate
appreciated at the time the way some comments would
be received and discussed.

I think the Mary Cheney reference was planned, so
it was not a slip--more of a miscalculation.

The unintended comments that receive play are interesting,
though. It reminds me of the aftermath of jury trials
when the lawyers get to talk to the jurors in order to
gain an understanding of their reasoning.

There are times when they glom onto to something that
neither side even thought about. It's a real eye opener.
