Most likely they are dual die flash memory chips (Two 2 gigabit chips in one package)from Samsung. If you check Samsung's Web Site you will see all of their 4 gigabit nand flash memory chips are dual die chips and Samsung also claims production status for an 8 gigabit dual die nand flash memory chip.
