cirrus. You said...." Kerry was harshly criticized for contradicting Allawi regarding the Iraqi elections. What does Kerry know? Now it seems an influential Iraqi official has suggested that, well, um, no... elections might not be possible in January, despite what Bush and Allawi said.".....

Cirrus, with all due respect I think you miss the point.
kerry ridiculed Allawi the new president of the new Iraq and a very very important ally in the Middle East. And what of those Iraqi's who want freedom and the right to vote, how will they feel knowing that the possible next president of the USA could be kerry who just insulted their new president. IMO. those that want freedom in Iraq greatly outnumber the islam terrorist and in a round about way kerry has told them there will be NO elections in January. What will they think if kerry were to be elected. Will they become afraid to stand up to the islam terrorists in their country knowing they may get very little support from kerry and the USA.

IMO kerry made a very big blunder when he insulted Allawi and come to think of it he also insulted all those countries that he referred to as the bribed and coerced. This is not a guy who will win friends for America.

America IMO is being tested and the world of islam is watching and if kerry is elected IMO this will indicate weakness and lack of resolve of the American people who want to back off again from radical islam.
