Guess you haven't read enough! As with any political philosophy, there are practical adherents, and there are idealized adherents (same as with Democrats or Republicans).

You are incorrect. Just as I criticized Clinton for his abuse of civil liberties (remember the 'clipper chip' proposals? The restrictions of export of computers? The wiretap proposals?), I now criticize Bush II for his more eggregious Authoritarian proposals and actions, his growing of the federal bureaucracy and the national debt burden....
