Kerry, on the other hand, has not ordered the release of ANY of his records

Posting things on his own web site that CLAIM to be copies of the official records just plain doesn't count. From what I have seen those copies seem to be the only 'source' of all the rest of the copies on the web. Do you know of others? Copied from original government issued copies?

As a fellow libertarian I would have thought you understood such differences.

I wasn't aware that George Bush, personally, or the Office of the President (the White House) was a party to the AP FOIA litigation. That being the case, how is the President opposing the release of anything?

It would be useful to have the pleadings to review.
