Hi Condor,

I think TGL.TO (TGA) has some very interesting prospects.

2004 CF USD14.5m, 0.27 cents CFPS. PE 14.51. Fairly valued on a PE basis.

2005 projected CF USD24m, 0.44 cents CFPS. Assume PE 15, target price of USD6.6, CDN8.25.

The nice things about TGL are: minimal debt, cashflow can fund drilling, strong drilling prospects. Kind of like a free lottery ticket on oil in Yemen. The drilling bocks they have (just south of Saudi) are mouth watering. The minimal debt is nice but it would also be nice to see more spending on exploration.

I owned this one for awhile and sold a couple of weeks ago. My question is when will the market revalue this company based on 2005 est CF? I imagine that will be around the November earnings release.

Do you think it can double in 1 year?

David
