Strategic Vision is a GOP pollster so add a few points for Kerry. All their polls are Bush friendly.

Wisconsin and Ohio also moving into Kerry column. Bad sign for Bush in the final days. And Florida is back as a tossup (both at 47%). Looks like the undecideds have started to break for Kerry 2:1 And they are not figuring the number of new registrants and those with cell phones only in the poll. Cell phones only types are 18% of the population. Cell phone owners are rich folks all right and possibly could be Republicans. But Republicans are also breaking for Kerry unless they are religious fanatics who obviously are for Bush.
