During Van Eeden's workshop, he mentioned that he invests in junior mining companies because the industry lacks resources (properties, equipment, and people). He emphasized that good explorers/people are lacking and to him the most important reason to buy into a mining company are the people behind it. I know that this knowledge is common sense and applies to any business but very much so to the junior mining industry. John
