Don't know. But I must relate a personal experience I had today. I was walking to a public function and was met by a middle-aged woman on the sidewalk who wore a Kerry/Edwards sticker on her blouse and had a roll of them in her hand, handing them out to any takers. She asked me whether I was a Kerry supporter and wanted a sticker. I smiled and said, "No, thanks. As Teresa would say, 'Shove it.'" She recoiled, looked at me quizzically, and asked, "Teresa, who? Who's Teresa?" I kept walking, and she yelled again, "Who's Teresa?" I kid you not.
