Since the 70s congressional democrats consistently took action to weaken the CIA. That resulted in absolutely 0 on the ground intelligence from ME on Sept 11. Democrats focused for decades on weakening what they always consider the U.S.'s greatest enemy....it's own intelligence agencies. There were 4 documented opps for Clinton to capture or kill Osama and he passed on all of them for political reasons. Clinton was following a "pass-the-global-test" standard for U.S. Presidents that John Kerry actually espoused in the 1st debate. <<How can you blame Clinton and call "liberal" presidents dangerous>>
