Only if you're a liberal Kerry supporter with no ethical or moral component.

When this remark was made, my wife and I immediately thought, "He just screwed up". It has been reported that the entire newsroom at the debate groaned when the remark was made.


I don't care if they peed their pants. The Cheneys have turned this into a political thing to gain sympathy and votes. Its disgusting.

This, obviously, was a huge mistake, and most of America views it as highly inappropriate. An ABC News poll found that likely voters found the remark inappropriate by a 2:1 margin.

That's because most of America things being gay as a very bad thing. See the posts from stevo, the enlightened one!

Certainly the gay Republicans don't share yours and the rest of America's view on the subject. In fact, they see the behavior of the Cheneys as disgusting.

So who are you protecting........Mary Cheney or the sensibilities of the radical religious right?
