The Bush adminstration has demonstrated great competence at determining which people in Afghanistan were terrorists, and which were not. Why do you believe this??

My remark pertained to the broader issue of military matters. I believe this administration is the most competently led, as it pertains to military matters, in the last 50 years.

I know. An unpopular stance. But I believe it to be factual.
