I don't know if it will do any good. As long as the main thing the Iraqis are getting out of the deal is the assumption of Saddam Hussein's debt. I agree with the quote: "Unless we drain the swamp of injustice in which the mosquitoes of terrorism breed, we'll never defeat the threat of terrorism."
