The odds my vote
will be counted are much greater in the booth than by
absentee ballot IMO.

Be sure to make sure you can show up at the polls at the last minute. My absentee ballot had very explicit instructions about returning the absentee ballot prior to election day if I planned to vote in person.

my ballot was printed like usual , nothing different than prior years. notice the date it must be mailed back by, why not check and see if you mail back your vote you can still go in and vote . then your mailed back vote is not counted. somewhere it always says if you have a change in plans and are in the area the day of voting you should come in and vote. I do have the materials any longer you may want to check web site. if you can vote at the poll even after mailing in vote , at least you will have voted if you are sick on election day.

I think another post on this thread mentioned absentee ballots being put on hold and not being used unless close race.
I assume since i had nader on my ballot they will send out new ballots again and this will take several weeks to determine the election. Let's hope this election doesn't end up in confusion, law suits, etc. As a citizen i would like to see this avoided.
