Clinton was right. Bush should have waited until the UN inspections were over, then should have prepared carefully. But guess what, the Un inspections would have come up with zero WMD's which would have meant the war would have never happened.

Bush just assumed the WMD's were there and jumped the gun without adequate prep, not even close. Maybe Karl Rove and Cheney told him to do it. Whatever. It's Bush's responsibility and no one else's. Bush also should have listened to his own father. He didn't. He defied his father.
