Our record and wins don't make me proud. The way they listen and play the game does. Each week someone comes off crying after they get hurt and I have to be their dad when that happens. I also have a couple kids without dads who are tough kids to get focused so I have to give them special attention and set them up for success on plays. I love it when one of those kids scores! I can't just sit back and make my son the star.....every kid gets the ball no matter what. I like to think of us as the Bad News Bears LOL
