We'll be out of Iraq long before that, regardless of whether the job is "finished" or not, regardless of whether Bush or Kerry is in office.

The whole nonsense over the draft is pure fearmongering by the Dems. Personally, I think this is their form of payback for what they regard as "fearmongering" on Bush's part.

You seem to be saying we should vote for Kerry because he says Bush might reinstate the draft, but if Democrats are elected and reinstate the draft, it will be because they "have to".

This is similar to Kerry saying Iraq was the wrong war, but we should outsource it to some coalition of "allies". Or Kerry saying Iraq was the wrong war, but Bush didn't send enough troops there.
