Kerry is complex and thoughtful about complex and difficult problems. Bush doesn't read, doesn't think and believes he hears the voice of God in his ear.

The result is that Bush cannot fathom the chaos that he has created in Iraq and the rest of the world. Bush, like OBL, has a purpose (power over everyone else) and will kill anyone, do anything and spend any amount of other people's resources to achieve his personal ends.
