Well, you don't seem to be able to keep details straight in your mind. Because when we started discussing this, I mentioned the AP FOIA request case, and others posted to you that the TANG was looking for material and kept finding more stuff, but it wasn't contested.

Bush said "produce the documents" -- he has no control over them. The TANG says they were in old boxes that had dirt and dead bugs in them. You're talking about boxes of papers that are more than 30 years old. I am amazed they still exist.

Whether or not you used the word "hotly" the operative assertion you were making was that there was multiple lawsuits, at least two, and that Bush was fighting them.

So far you haven't even produced ONE suit that Bush is contesting.
