I have no doubt that many libs project onto Bush & his supporters the most serious moral & ethical infractions they & their own leaders have committed time & time again. We have observed their outrageous behavior both here, in the news & in 3D all too often. It isn't our imagination. And how often have we observed them, against all evidence, projecting fallacies like; Bush "Lied" & "misled" us into going to war "unilaterally", he claimed Saddam was tied to 9/11, Bush called Iraq an "imminent threat", it's always been about "stockpiles" of WMD's & nothing else, blah, blah, blah, yada, yada, yada, ad nauseam? How else do you otherwise explain the absolute confidence exuded as they assert all of the above as though these baseless assertions were all rock solid fact? Projecting immoral & unethical behavior is very common in people who are obsessively or passionately attached to something (I.E. political ideology). Once they have taken to committing (or overlooking) immoral & unethical activities to further thier cause, many face a moral dilemma. These people know what they & their peers are doing is undeniably wrong, but they are so emotionally attached to their liberal cause (or ABB), that projecting these horrible traits onto the opposition allows them to live in denial &/or to justify their own highly inappropriate behavior. Presto chango! They have a clean conscience & their ideology is intact. Bottom line. For a significant minority of these libs, ideology trumps reality & morality via projectionism."Going on at length about Kerry/Edwards yard signs being stolen (no mention of similar happenings to Bush/Cheney signs); Claims of democratic voter registration forms being destroyed in Oregon "
