That's the way the system works. I don't like it, but I don't place Bush at fault for it. The legacy system has gotten thousands into schools before him, and thousands after. What would you expect him to do? Not take advantage of an opportunity presented to him? That'd make him a bigger moron than he seems to be already. The legacy system is one of the few justifications I can see for affirmative action (and I'm not a believer in affirmative action)... It gives a need to level the playing field. -Z
