>> Go read Bob Woodward's book or Ron Suskind's book (which cites Paul O'Neill).

I have read Woodward's books and he does not come to this conclusion at all. Paul O'Neill has zero credibility.

Woodward is not a liberal. He voted for Nixon, and claims to have voted Republican in elections since then.

And I've certainly seen no evidence that Woodward does or does not "agree" with the administration. The administration gave Woodward unprecedented access (for multiple books) and in each case has given their approval to Woodward's books as "reasonable portrayals", warts and all.

This is one administration who doesn't run from commitments. They told Woodward he could have access, and they supported his books, even the parts they didn't agree with. You'll never see that in a Kerry or Clinton.
