Zogby and Rasmussen normalize their polls for party makeup, so you won't see huge swings in them.

Hence Zogby and Rasmussen show a very small gap in the numbers. In such a situation Get Out The Vote (GOTV) will be the key. The labor unions in Ohio will be working overtime to get their membership out to vote for Kerry. So too in Michigan.
