True, but you also need to put some faith in the management. Even the biggest institutions don't get a blow-by-blow detail of their holdings in Hedge Funds, Buyout Funds and, most similar to Endeacour, Venture Capital funds. Noone wants info leakage on deals. Warren Buffet recently went to the SEC to try to stop disclosure of his purchases in Comcast etc.

I don't think either of Endeavour or Quest will divulge dealflow.

Endeavour has a nice tombstone list, pays a decent divvie (2%+), net income of 0.88 per share the last 9 mos. No debt. PE of 3.35, undervalued by 20%. EPS are several times that of Quest Capital, whose team has an oil and gas background anyways.

BMS's team has a good real estate background but maybe that isn't important if you're just holding bullion?
