OTOH the way the shirt tag sags something may be pinned inside his shirt, maybe a cool pack. Works the same way as a cool, damp bandana wrapped around the neck on a hot day. But why would he be wearing a radio receiver in a truck on his ranch? No debate there. And why so big? You can get smaller receivers at Radio Shack and Bush could get something from the CIA Skunkworks that's so high tech it could be woven into his collar.

If it's a shoulder blade, it has escaped from its home in his body. no - nor did it 'escape' his body [talk about odd] Do you think this one looks like his spine? no RDW! Because those who want to deny the evidence of their eyes I doubt if the WH based their statement on my eyes - and deny is your opinion - for I do not see a device on several of the pics you linked and that is my opinion/judgement Some day, there will be an answer. It will not be that the thing under the tee shirt and suit in the photos at the links above are body parts I doubt that there will ever be a definitive answer - for I think no one will ever know what if anything was under the t-shirt and suit - as I said, hard evidence for this is approximately zero - speculation and innuendo 90+ do you think John Kerry cheated by bringing prohibited material into the Presidential Debate? are there degrees of cheating? acceptable cheating? since you need to know if one or both of them are cheaters, what does it now mean to you? will it effect your vote? I saw and read that link before and my Packers won! it's a good day
