Yes, I have already read this and came to the conclusion that something has obstructed the Navy from looking into this. Of course, that's the conclusion you would make. Duh. Of course, right now the Navy has more important eggs to fry. Right, the Navy IG blows off a FOIA request because they're busy, busy busy. The reason I refer to John Kerry as Stolen Valor is the fact that there is no such military decoration as a Silver Star with "V" device. Talk about an incompetent Navy ... they couldn't even detect that Kerry was awarded a non-existent decoration. WOW ... And we expect the Navy to fight a war. The Navy can't even read Navy regulations/policy to figure that one out. One has to ask the question ... Can the Navy point a boat in the right direction? jttmab
