When "coalition forces" troops are still in Iraq 1 year, 2 years, 3 years or more from now, will more Iraqi's, or less, feel they were conquered?

We have forces in Germany and Japan almost 60 years after the end of the war. Does they suffer under the tryanical heal of America?

As for intent ("we didn't invade to conquer") that seems very much in question.

Just about anything could be considered to be in question, and this issue probably is considered to be in question by some people. However I do not consider the question very reasonable.
