He has not figured it out yet...Even today he is trying to scare the old folks telling them even MORE lies about SS, and Kerry continues to lie about the draft...that is all Democrats can do is scare the folks into submission...just as they go after the "Black" vote by using Jesse the Jackass to scare black churches into submission...they like to treat their "boys" that way.

Begala and Carville think it is good strategy, so Kerry follows.....he(they) is out of touch with middle America to believe that constant put-downs of the country and military will go over well.
