Wrong. Bush's plan is to bankrupt Medicare by making it too expensive to operate. Bush is also planning to do the same for schools thus the funding problems for no child left behind. Bush has admitted this weekend that he will eliminate social security by privatizing it.

Don't be so gullible. Bush is very clear on these issues.

There is a trap in Bush's plan to "allow" seniors to control their medicare and social security funds. It becomes a requirement. While the wealthy can buy the type of representation to help them place their money wisely, the majority of seniors will have to become themselves experts on healthcare and finance, or just hope that nobody will take advantage of their retirement.

It will become a windfall for charlatans.
