Have you not considered the possibility that dirty scary stuff, not of Al-Qaeda origin, might be perpetrated to create an atmosphere of fear to coerce folks to vote for Bush (the devil they know) than for Kerry? And a convenient date for such scary stuff is conveniently around the corner ---
Halloween night on October 31st --- 2 days before the election!!!
