Kerry is at war with the bourgeoise middle class on taxes. Thats a good indicator. Kerry says that people with wages and salaries of $200K are rich. (Actually somebody like that is simply upper middle class) People like Theresa Heinz Kerry made $5 million in last year from interest and dividends...rather than wages and salaries..therefore her taxes should not be raised, she's not one of the upper middle class. This is Kerry's views. Kerry sure worked hard for the North Vietnamese Communists. He's a hero as portrayed in their Hanoi museum.
