Porter Goss wanted TWICE the intel cuts at the exact same time. get real. We were trying to balance the budget and we had no real enemies at the time. All the Republicans agreed on intel cuts. Which is why the Bush ads about it are such totsal lies. ven Cheney agreed with the cuts. Goss wanted double. Also, JK insisted we spend more on human intelligence, not satellites. He was 100% right. Could have stopped Al Qaida.
