<"take turns"> tend to go badly wrong, more than half of the time. However, who would ever trust a system like that for more than half a turn?? PS Long time ago, EU made an official complaint on both the year before the presidential "take your turn" elections, the time after it, and then the elections to the house and senate, leaving kind of nothing inbetween.. However, luckily US does not "take 2-party turns" in both the house, senate, president and supreme judges on the same november 2de.

However, gerrymandering has served USA very well, especially in the late 1960s and early 1970s, all through the 1980s. p~s~e~u~d~o democracy??
