I just got back from voting. The procedure is more elaborate than the August local election. They have a computer program they have to enter you into and they appeared to be having problems making it work all the time. Also you have to sign an affidavit that you aren't cheating. The touch screen voting may be hard for old people, I had to touch it three or four times sometimes for it to register. They were doing a steady business, about a five minute wait to vote.
