Teach a man to fish is a much better solution than giving a man a fish. You've heard that old saying? John D. Rockefeller gave away millions this way. He didn't believe in just giving money to "needy" men. He built universities and gave millions to research the discover of ways to produce more food. This is how he helped the common man. I suspect you only think of men like him as tyrants and greedy power grubbers. But it's people like him that made this country great and GAVE opportunities to people like me. This is all called self-determination. Do yourself a favor and read about it.
