Are you interested in saying anything about it other than the issue of patriotism, or lack thereof? Because I think we've all thoroughly aired our opinions on that issue. No, I agree that we have all thoroughly aired our opinions on the issue: "And no one wants to die for a half-hearted effort, by a leader who doesn't believe in the cause." There were many dozen posts on that issue from a good dozen posters. What was interesting about those posts to me was the volume of them given that there was nary a word of opposition the question to either from thread denizens or from the media. All the posts and all the posters seemed to agree with that statement. Yet there were even a couple of new people chiming in today to reinforce it. And you responded to one of those chimes. Do you find it interesting that so many people felt compelled to state and restate something that is not remotely controversial? I do. If you have any thoughts on that phenomenon, I'd be very interested in hearing them.
