Alistair,

The US system is not monolithic, but the CDC does set policy. Most vaccines are controlled by State and County Governments who follow CDC policy in distributing them.

If you hunt around on Google - you will find only the direct non-VA purchases by the CDC. If you expand your search to look at communities you will find articles about State and County purchases.
