It isn't a factual assessment, however, and your saying it doesn't make it so.

I didn't make up the statements by cheney and others. Of that i am sure. Even after it has become clear that there were no WMDs and no AQ connections, these folks are criss crossing the country misleading unsuspecting folks.

You ignore the fact that the Bush administration made the case for war with Iraq primarily based on the idea that Saddam had WMDs. Although plenty of others citizens, Senators and cuontries came to the same conclusion, the leading advocates of that view in the US was the Bush administration.

And they were completely wrong, as we now know.

Doesn't that make you wonder about Bush's ability at all?

To assess available information, come to a conclusion, undertake the largest military operation since Vietnam, and then find out that the conclusion you came to from the available information was COMPLETELY wrong.

In your mind, this is a "who cares?" issue in evaluating the President of the USA's ability?

>>> The administration pressured it into a predetermined outcome, heard it with a selective ear, removed all the caveats, and then sent surrogates to senate and congressional hearings to spin it, as they did for the american public.

I'm sure that's the way you see it with your ABB perspective.

It isn't a factual assessment, however, and your saying it doesn't make it so.

Only a fool or a partisan would think its not a factual assessment. Which one are you?
