The answer isn't to put people on a federal plan where government workers are shipped 100+ miles from their home to be placed into a 'low cost' nursing home.

The answer is to make it illegal to discriminate in the insurance business.

All people should be given the right for equal treatment.

Someone just needs to sue the insurance industry for discriminatory behavior.

It's discriminatory for Blue Cross to give better plans to large companies. It's discriminatory for Blue Cross to give beter plans to small companies than individuals.

The answer is to enforce anti-discrimnation policies, and to make it illegal to discriminate on care or acceptance.

Simple as that for starters.

Each person should have the right to as good of a plan as the large company gets.

Legislate anti-discrimination. I vaguely recall something about Equal Rights in this country, but it's been so long since Bush has been in office that I don't recall exactly...
