I thought you couldn't possibly be referring to COS, which already has significant institutional ownership (which is why foreign ownership is now over 50%), and were referring to OST.

I have seen three fund managers on CNBC Europe touting COS the last few months and if you look at Canadian mutual funds there are more.

I have not had a chance to look at the US but have seen a few articles on managers accumulating.

COS is in the S&P/TSX Income Trust and energy index. Any manager who buys these buys COS.
